Since our establishment in 1997, we have been a representative research and development enterprise in Southwest China, ranging from mold component processing and complete mold manufacturing to the production of customized injection molding machines on a considerable scale. Process Closed Loop
Over 95% of the processes are completed within the factory
We firmly believe that having complete control over every aspect of the manufacturing process is the greatest responsibility we have to our clients' products. To this end, we have invested heavily in personnel and resources to build our own metal material cold/hot treatment workshop, achieving a complete in-house closed-loop system for mold part processing and inspection, excluding surface chemical treatment.
Talent cultivation
Designers rooted in the production line
Most of our designers, even the company management and chairman, are selected and cultivated from the production line. They have at least two months of practical production experience in each processing procedure. We believe that designers who understand equipment parameters and production processes can bring more stable product structures and reasonable processing technologies.

This solution successfully eliminated the need for "manual welding of hangers" in the past process, significantly reducing time and labor costs. Solely responsible entity
All the mold products sold originate from Lianyu's supply chain system. Lianyu is solely responsible for after-sales service, eliminating the need to wait for feedback from multiple parties.
Rapid response of spare parts
Each mold leaving the factory is accompanied by spare parts equivalent to 4% of the cavity number. Newly added spare parts are guaranteed to reach the factory within 25 days.
Full-time engineer service
Lianyu has established its own after-sales system and has recruited full-time after-sales engineers, all of whom have more than ten years of experience in debugging injection molding machines of various brands.
