After-sales engineer
Mold Designer (Preform Mold)
Education Requirements: Junior college or above. Work Experience: More than three years of mold design work experience.
Knowledge Reserve:
1. Familiar with the characteristics of plastic and steel materials, understand the relevant processing procedures, and be familiar with tolerance matching and application.
2. Familiar with the mechanical product development and design process, relevant mechanical design theories, and the processing and production processes of parts.
Skills Reserve:
1. CAD, UG, Moldflow/Molddex3D, Office and other software;
2. Independently complete a full set of mold design;
3. Proficient in plastic mold structure, familiar with the working principle of plastic molds, and understand the basic physical properties of plastic materials.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Complete the design work for each project.
2. Evaluate the feasibility of new product designs.
3. Assist project designers in completing the R&D work for new projects.
4. Manage relevant design drawings and changes.
5. Research and optimize product structures.
6. Develop mold standards, establish standard documents, and maintain their storage.
